These terms cover your use of Azmar Quest and of this website. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy, and the license for the game itself is in the End User License Agreement.

Azmar Quest has a global chat, a friend system, and other features where users can chat together, and provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, or broadcast content on Azmar Quest, including but not limited to text, writings, comments, suggestions, or personal information or other material (collectively, "Contributions").

Contributions (such as a chat message) may be viewable by other users of Azmar Quest and, eventually, through third-party websites. As such, any Contributions you transmit may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. When you create or make available any Contributions, you thereby represent and warrant that:
The creation, distribution, transmission, public display, or performance, and the accessing, downloading, or copying of your Contributions do not and will not infringe the proprietary rights, including but not limited to the copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights of any third party.
You are the creator and owner of or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use and to authorize us, Azmar Quest, and other users of Azmar Quest to use your Contributions in any manner contemplated by Azmar Quest and these terms.
You have the written consent, release, and/or permission of each and every identifiable individual person in your Contributions to use the name or likeness of each and every such identifiable individual person to enable inclusion and use of your Contributions in any manner contemplated by Azmar Quest and these terms.
Your Contributions are written in English.
Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
Your Contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, mass mailings, or other forms of solicitation.
Your Contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, filthy, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable (as determined by us).
Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
Your Contributions are not used to harass or threaten (in the legal sense of those terms) any other person and to promote violence against a specific person or class of people.
Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors.
Your Contributions do not include any offensive comments that are connected to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
Your Contributions do not otherwise violate, or link to material that violates, any provision of these terms, or any applicable law or regulation.

Any use of Azmar Quest in violation of the foregoing violates these terms and may result in, among other things, termination or suspension of your rights to use the App or chat / play online.

Other terms of service

By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You’re not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the app into other languages, or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to S-Games & Apps. S-Games & Apps is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

The Azmar Quest app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the Azmar Quest app won’t work properly or at all. The app does use third party services that declare their own Terms and Conditions:

You should be aware that there are certain things that S-Games & Apps will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but S-Games & Apps cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left. If you’re using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third party charges. In using the app, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the app.

Along the same lines, S-Games & Apps cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can’t turn it on to avail the Service, S-Games & Apps cannot accept responsibility. With respect to S-Games & Apps’s responsibility for your use of the app, when you’re using the app, it’s important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. S-Games & Apps accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the app. At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android, iOS and Steam – the requirements for system(and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. S-Games & Apps does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, We may also wish to stop providing the app, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

Accounts, chat and moderation

You need an account to play online, and you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for what is done through your account. You must be at least 13 years old to create one. If you are older than 13 but younger than the age of digital consent in your country (14 in Italy, and up to 16 elsewhere in the European Economic Area), you may use the online features only with the permission of a parent or guardian.

The global chat, private messages to friends and the names you give your heroes are all subject to the user generated content rules above. If you break those rules we may silence your account, which removes access to the chat and to the social features, or ban it, which removes access to the online game. These decisions are taken by a person, not by an automated system. When your account is silenced or banned, the game shows you the reason and the date the measure expires, and you can contest the decision by writing to the address in the Contact section below.

Reporting illegal or abusive content

If you come across a chat message that you believe is illegal or breaks these terms, report it from inside the game. Tap the message in the global chat, choose Report Message, and add a comment if you want to explain. The same menu also lets you block the player, which hides their messages from you. The report reaches us with the message itself, the hero who sent it and the time it was sent.

If the content is not a chat message, for example a hero name, or if you cannot use the in-game report, write to sevan1189@gmail.com with the hero name involved, what was said or shown, and roughly when it happened, so that the content can be found. Either way we confirm that we received your report, act on it without undue delay, and tell you what was decided.

Purchases and in-game items

Azmar Quest is free to download and to play. It offers optional in-app purchases, and optional rewarded video advertisements that you may choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Purchases are processed and billed by the store you bought from: Google Play, the Apple App Store or Steam. Refunds are handled by that store under its own policy and not by us, so please contact the store first.

Gold, treasures, premium features and every other in-game item are a license to use them inside Azmar Quest. They have no value outside the game, they cannot be exchanged for money, and they are lost if your account is deleted or banned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before the courts of that country.

Changes to these Terms & Conditions

We may update our Terms & Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms & Conditions on this page. These Terms & Conditions are effective as of 25 September 2026.
